let the population in 1990 = 100, 1995 = 1.2*100 = 120

personal use 1990 = 160, Per capita use = 1.6
Personal use 1995 = 120, Per capita use = 1

change = (1.6-1)/1.6 = .37 ~ 37%

How did you calculated the personal use? :o :?

To solve this question you have to take into account first of all the first graph

Attachment:
#GREpracticequestion In 1995, how many of the categories shown had energy use greater than 150 million kilowatt-hours.jpg
#GREpracticequestion In 1995, how many of the categories shown had energy use greater than 150 million kilowatt-hours.jpg [ 28.65 KiB | Viewed 7586 times ]

So 600 million

Then the second graph in which you do have the categories

In 1995 two categories have 30% of 600 and two 20%.

30% of 600 = 180 which is > 150

So industrial and and gov is the answer C

Just had a doubt in the third question. In the first option do we have to compare use of farm energy between 1990 and 2010 only or do we consider years between them also like 1995. Also, why is the third option wrong?
