My approach to this problem was first to make this fraction of one numerator and one denominator;
Thus it becomes (eac + be) / (cd).
Now in the denominator we have c & d, mathematically if we double either one of them the question should be solved, however, since c is also existing in the numerator this is not going to work with option c.
Nevertheless, it would definitely work for d.
