So in this case, unsampled = unexplored?

I suppose making a jump from "unsampled" because it was "unaccessible" and therefore "unexplored?"

I do not see any sort of difficulty in this question. Of course, it is easy but the conclusion says: we can have more oil for the future

The assumption is: IF we can have this oil somehow

A straight. To be honest I did not read the other options because is the only assumption viable

Unsampled here means unexplored in the sense NOT yet drilled.

Not necessarily they are unaccessible
