This was a tricky one. I think I got caught up trying to identify an argument that strengthened the argument.
Good to keep in mind that "not weaken" can also mean something that is neutral/ does not affect the argument much

But I kind of think answer can also be E.

E says even the traditional liberal education is becoming Specialized. So it's all the more important that schools emphasize on the Broad education. E is actually strengthening the argument

Option B - I feel it's weakening the argument. It says only few generalists are required to manage Many specialists => may be generalists are not so much required.

Can someone clarify?
