Passage:

Crowding on Mooreville’s subway frequently leads to delays, because it is difficult for passengers to exit from the trains. Always try to connect the logical dots in such questions. In the above question, read the text in bold above, we can infer that the possibility of the option (D) will be logical.

D is the answer of discreceny of 20% vs 5%.
