Which means that he became apathetic toward the work. No more interested in.

C means aversion which is out of scope. Aversion is something you are against to.........

All Jon cared about was getting an A, so because the team project did not count toward his grade in the course, he felt (i) ______ the work and did not do his share.

Since he card only for his grades, he felt apathy towards the team project since it did not count towards his grade. The choices loathing for and antagonism toward should be rejected as there is nothing in the sentence which says he hated work that did not give him grades.
