At the end of the first two weeks, Molly received $160. At the end of the fourth week, she received $1, plus $160 for the total she had been paid up to that point, for a total of $161. At the end of the sixth week, she received $1, plus ($160 + $161), or $321, for the total she had been paid up to that point, making the sixth week total $322.
