300 in Diagnostic test! Need help to score 320+

Hello everyone,
I'm planning to give my GRE in 6 weeks. I gave my diagnostic test to gauge my ability. I have scored 300 (V147, Q153) and my target is 320+. The further reviewing and reflection of test is as follows;
1. RC/CR - Scored well except 2 qs were wrong. Need to practice more on elimination. I found RC very easy. I even finished verbal much ahead of time.
2. SC/TC - I did mistake in the multiple answer choices. I need to learn voacb words. Vocab in second section of verbal was tougher.
1. Quant - I need to work on timing. In second section, quant seemed tougher and I missed 4 Qs. Also, I need to practice more GRE based questions.
Now, I would really be grateful, if anyone can suggest me ways to improve my score. I'm pushing my score in Q to 163-167 and in V 158 - 165.
Can you please suggest me the study materials? I don't want to read from millions of materials, I want it to be one, but that should be the best.
I'm good in maths, all i need to focus is more practice questions. I will be doing Manhattan 5lb book for Maths.
For Verbal, my major focus is vocab words. Can you suggest the approach I should use and how many words, I should memorize.
Regarding RC, I read lot of books, but where do I find passages similar to GRE ones. Practicing those often, can increase my accuracy.
Please suggest me a plan and how I should take it forward.

Hello everyone,
I'm adding some details to this question. I worked on my voacb and also started understanding the strategies behind SE and RC. I gave another mock test and scored Q 156, V 149 ( 305). Since past two weeks, I have been trying to work on my Vocabulary, finished 333B, Medium RC passages, SE. In quant, I only practiced DI.
Few things that I felt different that the first test;
1. Timing didn't seem to be an issue. I was able to solve questions on time. Though a better speed in Quant would help me not to rush by last questions.
Verbal: I got 12 right in first sections and 5 in second section. Second section was hard.
1. SE: Due to Vocab, I was able to solve SE much better than my previous test.
2. TC: was able to do one blank. However, in two and three blank, I mostly opted wrong answer for one of those blanks. TC went horrible.
3. RC: I was able to solve most of medium RC,but in second section, it started getting tougher. The passages were small but I got confused with answer choice.
Quant: I got 15 in first section and 11 in second.
1. MCQ: Was able to solve more than 80%.
2. DI: only 2 questions were wrong out of 6. I need to increase speed though.
3. QR: This is where I need to do most of the practice. I got 9 QR wrong in both section.
Now, I would really be grateful, if anyone can help me out in the following thing:
1. How can I improve and work on two and three blank TC?
2. How can I work on RC?
3. How should I work on QR?
Also, is it doable to score 320+, in one month? I will be giving GRE in mid June.
