There are a lot of long articles on the internet explaining how to interpret your score, here's a short version:
If you're a STEM major and looking for better programs, then practice your math and get that high score. There is a HUGE difference between 164 and 170. Even 168 and 170 are different.
If you're social science/history/arts, then don't sweat over that 164, they care relatively less.
Find average scores of the schools you want to apply to if you can, then you have an idea where your score is on their range.
