Since the question gave time with seconds, we have to convert to seconds.
5 Hours have total of 18000 seconds, (3600*5)
Quantity A is saying the total printed pages in 5 hours.
2/3 = x/ 18000. x= 12000
Quantity B is 12000

the answer is C

in 5 hours there are 60*5 = 300 mins
in 300 mins there are 300*60 = 18000 secs

Now, (high school method of cross multiplication)

Secs------Pgs
3-------- 2
18000-----x

The relationship is directly proportional as the more the time, the more the pages will be copied.
so, 3x=2*18000
x=12000
that is also the quantity B
so option C is correct
