when y = 0 => x= 2 i.e, (2,0)
when x = 0 => y= 4 i.e, (0,4)
Thus the region will be a triangle and area of triangle will be (4 x 2)/2 = 4 < 8.
Answer is B.

Solution -

We have an equation, given as y = -2x + 4

To find the area bounded by the coordinate axes and the line, we form a triangle, as shown in the figure below -

A triangle is formed and we can find the area bounded by the coordinate axes and the line by using the formula (1/2)*(base)*(height) = (1/2)*(2)*(4) = 4

Therefore,
Quantity A - 4
Quantity B - 8

So, Quantity B is greater than Quantity A.
Correct Answer is B
