Solution -

We have an equation, given as y = -2x + 4

To find the area bounded by the coordinate axes and the line, we form a triangle, as shown in the figure below -

A triangle is formed and we can find the area bounded by the coordinate axes and the line by using the formula (1/2)*(base)*(height) = (1/2)*(2)*(4) = 4

Therefore,
Quantity A - 4
Quantity B - 8

So, Quantity B is greater than Quantity A.
