Solution -
When any two parallel lines are intersected by a line (known as the transversal), the angles that are subsequently formed, have a relationship.

From this particular figure, <1 + <2 = 180 degree ( Angles on a straight line add up to 180 degree)
Also, <2 = <6 = 80 degrees (Corresponding Angles are equal)
Lastly, <6 = <8 = 80 degrees (Vertically Opposite Angles are equal)
Therefore, Quantity A is 80 degrees and Quantity B is 75 degrees.
So, Quantity A is greater than Quantity B.
Hence, the correct answer choice is option A.
