There are odd number of people so median will be (149+1)/2=75..
So 75th term is the median here...
We can always have 74 terms 0 and 74 terms 100, so mean is 50..
The 75th term can be 50 itself..
It is given one term is within 5 from mean..
Within MEAN means it can be mean itself too.
