Sorry guys is my fault: yes and no.

Yes because i didnt ckeck the answer choices. No, because the bbcode gave me 2 instead on the sign minus in the first 3 answers.

Fix it. Thank you a lot.

The product of two integers is 10. Which of the following could be the average (arithmetic mean) of the two numbers?

Indicate all possible choices.

A -5.5
B -3.5
C -1.5
D 1.5
E 3.5

Show: :: OA
A,B,E

Since we're dealing with two INTEGERS, there are only four possible cases where the product is 10
case 1: The numbers are 1 and 10, in which case the mean = (1 + 10)/2 = 5.5
case 2: The numbers are 2 and 5, in which case the mean = (2 + 5)/2 = 3.5
case 3: The numbers are -1 and -10, in which case the mean = (-1 + -10)/2 = -5.5
case 4: The numbers are -2 and -5, in which case the mean = (-5 + -2)/2 = -3.5

Answer:
Show: ::
A, B and E

The factors of 10 are 1,2,5,10.
so the mean of 2 numbers are - (1+10)/2 = 5.5, (-1-10)/2 = -5.5 ( for 1 and 11)
similarly, for 2 and 5 it is , 3.5 and -3.5
