Can someone please share an explanation of this question ?
I got to the part where a=20 and b=60, but then I am confused on how the answer of the question is 50 ?
Does the last part of the stem "what is the value of b" mean that we need to input the number of students that increased in the second decade or the value of b as in b% ?
