I think you mean when you need to calculate the probability of the events you do NOT want.
so you use 1-the probability of the events that occur

In this case the question is a little bit more complicated.

However, the explanation provided above is the best way to deal with.

P(choosing it 3 times) = (2/6)^3 * (4/6)^2 * 5!/(3!2!) = 1280/7776
P(choosing it 4 times) = (2/6)^4 * (4/6)^1 * 5!/(4!1!) = 320/7776
P(choosing it 5 times) = (2/6)^5 = 32/7776

Total = (1280+320+32)/7776 = 1632/7776 = 17/81
