For which of the six years from 2000 to 2005 was the unemployment rate in Country Y more than 5 percentage points greater than that of Country X?
So we are looking at the difference of more than 5

A. 2000 ......y = 9 and x= 3, so 9-3 = 6 yes

B. 2001......y = 9.5 and x= 3.5, so 9.5-3.5 = 6 yes

C. 2002 ......y = 8.5 and x= 4.5, so 8.5-4.5 = 4 no

D. 2003 ......y = 8.5 and x= 3, so 8.5-3 = 5.5 yes

E. 2004 ......y = 8.5 and x= 5.5, so 8.5- 5.5=3..no

F. 2005......y = 7 and x= 7, so 7-7 = 0...no

thus A, B and D are answers

This is quiet easy problem. Graph is provided % vs year, so just subtract from y to x in specific year and select the year if you get result more than 5. only A, B, D works.
