To solve this question take each answer one at a time. For week 1, the ratio of biking to swimming was almost 8 to a little over 2; let’s call it 7.8 : 2.1 or 8 : 2, which falls outside the range. For week 2, the ratio was 8.5 : 3.2, which falls within the range. For week 3, the ratio is 9 : 3.9, which is definitely within the range. For week 4, the ratio is 8.5 : 4.5, which is close, but outside the range.
