Using Exterior angle property:
b = a + c' and c = a + b'
Col. A: 180 + a
Col. B: b + c
Col. A: 180 + a
Col. B: (a + c') + (a + b')
Col. A: 180 + a
Col. B: 2a + b' + c'
Subtracting a from both:
Col. A: 180
Col. B: a + b' + c'
Since, sum of all interior angles in a triangle is 180
Col. A: 180
Col. B: 180
Col. A = Col. B
Hence, option C
