\(\frac{\frac{3}{2}+\frac{5}{6}}{\frac{4}{2}+\frac{4}{6}} * \frac{6}{6} =\frac{ 3*3+5}{4*3+4}=\frac{14}{16}=\frac{7}{8}\)

In the case of Quantity A, we need only bother with the numerators of each fraction within the double decker fraction, as the denominators are common.
