Consider the image below for a proper understanding. Here BD is the diagonal and OD is the radius of the circle. Consider x and y as 24 and 7. Hence by Pythagoras you can find BD = \sqrt{\(24^2+7^2\)}.
Now radius = BD/2 = 12.5
Circumference = \(2*pi*radius\) = 25*pi
Hence Option D is the answer.
