I solved this question by multiplying 45 and 89 and hence got 4005- which has 0 as tenth and 5 as unit digit which is equal to 0 hence A.

so if we multiply 12,345 x 6,789=83810205
from there we can identify A=0 and B=5
so A*B=0*5=0
so answer is (A)

so answer is (A)
