\(y - 2x + 3 = 0\)
\(y = 2x - 3\)
The given line has +ve slope (going up from Left to Right) and y-intercept of \(-3\) [passing through (0, -3)]
Therefore, it will only pass through I, III and IV quadrants.

Let's start by rewriting the equation in slope y-intercept form (y = mx + b)
GIVEN: y - 2x + 3 = 0
Add 2x to both sides to get: y + 3 = 2x
