Solution: Total no from 1 to 30 = 30
total no from 1 to 30 which r multiple of 3 = 10 (eg(3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30))
total no from 1 to 30 which r multiple of 13 = 2 (eg 13,26)
P(a or b ) = p(a) + p(b)
p(a)= 10/30
p(b)=2/30
p(a) + p(b) = 10/30+2/30 = 2/5
