Shouldn't the answer be D?
Unless I'm missing something, the units are not provided. So square 1 could be 10 inches and square 2 could be 10 foot.

Simply find the areas of Both Squares and take ratio, 100/2500 = 1/25 = 0.04 => Quantity A
Quantity B = 0.004.
Q-A > Q-B
Hence, A.
Quantity B = 0.004.
Q-A > Q-B
Hence, A.
