Let's first solve the two given equations for b and c
GIVEN: a/b = 153
Multiply both sides by b to get: a = 153b
Divide both sides by 153 to get: a/153 = b
GIVEN: a/c = 51
Multiply both sides by c to get: a = 51c
Divide both sides by 51 to get: a/51 = c
So, we have:
Quantity A: a/153
Quantity B: a/51
From here we can use matching operations
Since a > 0, we can safely divide both quantities by a to get:
Quantity A: 1/153
Quantity B: 1/51
Answer: B
