Let's test some values...
Given: b is a multiple of positive integer a
So, it could be the case that a = 3 and b = 6 (since 6 is a multiple of 3)
We get:
Quantity A: ratio = 3/6 = 1/2
Quantity B: 1/2
In this case the two quantities are EQUAL
It could also be the case that a = 3 and b = 3 (since 3 is a multiple of 3)
We get:
Quantity A: ratio = 3/3 = 1
Quantity B: 1/2
