Low level of insulin is a sign of

Low insulin level and body temperature are both considered [b]signs of longevity, [/b]

Signs of longevity does not necessarily mean healthier. There is no relation between the two as we know and most important is not stated in the passage.

D says that some people reduced their calories intake

The passage says

A 6-month study of 48 moderately overweight people,

which is inferred in E.

I chose C.
My confusion in these types of questions that do they ban that we conclude or just choose something from our understanding? I wish some one explain how to answer these types of questions pls.

When you have to solve an inference question, it is basically a restatement of a sentence in the stimulus.
