I failed in the first option. I selected ideological but it is pragmatic. I continue with doubts about this. Does someone have an explanation?.

The entire sentence rotates around the concept that certain style of clothes is nearer to some form of art rather than to the pragmatic and functionality that indeed they in more than accosion they have

The first choice is the easiest because you need a clear contrast with the rest of the sentence which talks about ART

A and C are completely out of scope. B has no contender and no clues in the rest of the phrase which could lead us to A or C as choice

Blank (i) Blank (ii) Blank (iii)
religious divinity domestic
pragmatic artistry flashy
ideological luxury ostentatious

For first blank, it is regarded non-artistic rather than artistic term and out of 3 choices , pragmatic (sensible thing) makes more sense.
For 2nd blank, sufficient reminder of the artistic involved as we talking about clothes in museum and designer cloth, and out of 3 artistry show that meaning.
Now for 3rd blank, it is saying about attractive and practical cloth. These clothes are used in all extreme form of classes. So widely practice show extreme of classes and for practical clothing domestic fill the blank more naturally than other two options.

I think ostentatious is more suitable than flashy
because according to the context art is not flashy
