Let us assume the sides of the rectangle is 10 and 1 and the triangle is a right triangle with base and height 4 and 5 respectively.
Perimeter of rectangle = 22 > Perimeter of triangle = 4 + 5 + 6.4 = 15.4
Now we can have a tight triangle with sides 20 and 1 as base and height area will still be the same i.e. = 0.5 *20 *1 = 10.
Perimeter of rectangle = 22 < Perimeter of triangle = 20 + 1 + 20.02 = 41
Since it cannot be determined with certainty what are the dimensions of the rectangle or triangle. Hence option D is most suitable.
