From $\(\frac{c}{a}=4\)$, get $\(c=4 a\)$.
Then $\(\frac{a b}{c}=1 \Rightarrow \frac{a b}{4 a}=1 \Rightarrow \frac{b}{4}=1 \Rightarrow b=4\)$.
So Quantity $\(\mathrm{A}=4\)$ and Quantity $\(\mathrm{B}=4\)$; the two quantities are equal.
Then $\(\frac{a b}{c}=1 \Rightarrow \frac{a b}{4 a}=1 \Rightarrow \frac{b}{4}=1 \Rightarrow b=4\)$.
So Quantity $\(\mathrm{A}=4\)$ and Quantity $\(\mathrm{B}=4\)$; the two quantities are equal.
