Bill = 80 and divided by four and each get 20.
Now tip 15%(80) = 12 and even this divided by 4 and each get 3.

Alternatively, find the total of the bill plus tip and take one-fourth of that for the total contribution of each person. The total of bill and tip is $80 + (0.15)($80) = $80 + $12 = $92. One-fourth of this is = $23.
