Given: \(2-\sqrt{3x-5}=-2\)
Subtract \(2\) from both sides of the equation: \(-\sqrt{3x-5}=-4\)
Multiply both sides of the equation by \(-1\) to get: \(\sqrt{3x-5}=4\)
Square both sides : \(3x-5=16\)
Add \(5\) to both sides : \(3x=21\)
Solve: \(x = 7\)
Answer: E
