solve the eqn it is straightforward,
2x = y
or, 2x -y =0
2x = y
or, 2x -y =0

3x + y = x + 2y
Taking everything to left hand side and changing the signs
3x + y - x - 2y = 0
=> 2x - y = 0
So, Answer will be A
