Based off of the question we can set up some equations;
a = 0.6b
b = 0.4c
c = 0.2d
I set b=10, solving through gave me a number for each variable
a = 0.6(10) = 6
b = 10
c = b/0.4 = 10/0.4 = 25
d = c/0.2 = 25/0.2 = 125
I multiplied a and d by their given coefficients
20(a) = 120
6(d) = 750
Then to get the percentage;
(750/120)*100 = 625
a = 0.6b
b = 0.4c
c = 0.2d

Second part
6d = .x(.96d)
.x = 6d/(.96d) = 6.25 * 100 = 625%
