Re: In a company the amount of production increased constantly [#permalink]
Thanks, but apparently the answer is 12.81% not 13.

Re: In a company the amount of production increased constantly [#permalink]
My question is, why the following is NOT correct. Could you please help me understand?

112-88=24

24÷2=12 (it's said the amount of production has been increased constantly over 2 years)

The result= (12/88)*100%= 13.63%
But, the correct answer is 12.81%.
So, something must be wrong with my solution.

Dear Sir,

if you post the question as it should be posted on the board I.E the entire stem AND all the answer choices AND the OA we can judge if your solution is flawed or the question is.

Or the error is somewhere. From that you posted we can say almost nothing.
