Sum of two numbers ◼ and △ is 14, which is an even number
=> Either both ◼ and △ are odd or both are even
△ is an odd number => ◼ is also an odd number
=> Possible cases for single digit numbers are 5 + 9, 7 + 7, 9 + 5
◼ < △
=> ◼ = 5 and △ = 9
So, Answer will be 9
Hope it helps!
