The answer is D. There isn't enough info to find r. If were given another point on the line we could have found out r by using the value of the slope.

Why cant the answer be 6, mate?
We know that slope = 2 = Rise / Run
Since, Point (3,r) as 3 Run and r Rise, we can write, r/3 = 2
=> r = 6
Hence A!
