\(\boxed{x}\) denote the greatest integer less than or equal to x.

\(\boxed{3.1} + \boxed{-3.1}\).....
\(\boxed{3.1}\) is a positive integer so the integer lesser than 3.1 will be 3
\(\boxed{-3.1}\) is a negative integer so the integer lesser than -3.1 will be -4 since the counting is -5, -4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3

so \(A = \boxed{3.1} + \boxed{-3.1}=3-4=-1\) and \(B=0\) so \(B>A\)
