Medical education in the United States has focused almost exclusively [#permalink]

Medical schools should invest as much time in teaching their students how to prevent illness as in teaching them how to cure it.

(A) Many contagious diseases can be prevented with vaccines.

(B) In 1988, for every three cents the United States spent on prevention, it spent 97 cents on curative treatment.

B is just a statistic

Not a huge fan of this question though

why B is correct in your opinion Sir?

B reduce the money spending on the health by the government
because it is reduce the infection
hence we have two benefits of prevention one economical second is health
while A it talks about vaccine which not belong to preventive care
(we talk here about practice like cleaning and cocking food in high temperature to kill the worms ,avoiding sugar fat food)
