Need advise on GRE + GMAT

Hi,
I have been a normal student, and already spent 4 years practicing and taking 3 times the GMAT. Trying for 3 times took me alot of time, effort and money also. (My highest score of all was 590, not a decent one). After feeling very desperate for GMAT , I switch to GRE with the hope that I can handle and master this exam. It took me 3 months to learn the GRE from the beginning, thoroughly with all the vocab things. Finally, I took the GRE yesterday and quite shocked that I only got 310 (V150, Q160). This is quite equivalent to my highest score of GMAT 590.
Now I'm really sad and confused about whether I should retake the GRE (or any standardize test) or just give in and go with the flow of the application process with these GRE + GMAT. Any advises?

Clearly, you do have some problem both in the quant side and the verbal side as well.
Are you sure you understood the concepts ?' how did you work out to build your stamina and your confidence ??
Which study habits did you have ??
