Both of the diagrams above satisfy the given information (since we aren't told the radii of the circles or the central angle of the sector).
In the diagram on the left, quantity A is greater than quantity B
In the diagram on the right, quantity B is greater than quantity A
So the correct answer is D
(I've edited the official answer to reflect this)

Let OP = 2 and PQ = 1
So, OQ = 3
Col. A: \(π2^2\)
Col. B: \((\frac{θ}{360})π3^2\)
Col. A: \(4π\)
Col. B: \((\frac{θ}{360})9π\)
Col. A: \(4\)
Col. B: \(\frac{9θ}{360}\)
Col. A: \((360)(4)\)
Col. B: \(9θ\)
Col. A: \(160\)
Col. B: \(θ\)
We have no idea what \(θ\) is!
