Just use the formula
A+B-N+B= X
A is Chinese
B is indian
N is neither
B is both
x we could pick 100
A is 15
B is 10
N is neither and is what we are looking for
B is both
Now according to the stem 2/3 of 15 takes both. Therefore Both is 10 and indian is 10 and as such the result is actually zero. Or is both or is indian
We are laft with 15-N=100
N is 85
C is the answer
PS: I never seen both on the GMAT and the GRE such a twist where both and indian are same
