Official Explanation

3. According to the various criteria mentioned in the passage, which of the following entities will most probably not be funded by a charitable organisation?

Difficulty Level: Very Hard

Explanation

Is it out of scope as the funds are already granted and for authorised activities. The conflict is only operational.[/quote]

(A) Doesn’t contain statement I.

(B) Contains statement iii.

(C) Doesn’t contain statement I.

(D) Contains statement iii.

(E) The question is asking you which of these entities will not be funded by a charitable organization. While statements I and ii are clearly implied in the passage, statement iii is incorrect because whatever instructions or requirements a charitable organization has need to be mentioned in the agreement upfront. The beneficiary is not obliged to follow any instructions that the charitable organizations may come up with later on.

The correct answer is E.
