No. It is C

Only if this particular kind of insects show a normal habit in their behavior even having the small lights attached to them the whole argument holds. Actually, C is the assumption.

B is wrong because we do not care so much if the behavior is during nite or day (which already implied is not in the researchers' interest, considering we are talking about nite and neon lights) but if whether it is still normal even though the small tool attached to them
