As you can see from the rules above only D could be true or not. it depends on If the line are parallel or NOT

The others option are true

Ask if it is still not clear

I edited my message. Mismatch: the other options are true not false.

I.E: in a could be true questions, depending of what the stem is asking you, we have to find the answer that could be true but also false.

The answer has 1/2 of the probability.

The others are always true or always false. That is the trick
