Missing surname/family name in education documents

Hi All,
I have full name in passport, however, I only have my first name in all educational certificates. Will it cause any problem at the time of admission?
In case it will be a problem, I can request for a name change in the passport and get it changed to reflect only the first name, in line with the educational certificates; however, will that be okay?
Please suggest.

I have no experience in that. However, could be a problem. name and surname are mandatory.
Do you have any chance to add it to your document ?

Name change in certificates is not an option.
