In the given Box and Whisker Plot we need to find the values of spread in third and second quarter
Refer the below image to know few details about Box and Whisker Plot

Quantity A: Spread of data in third quarter
Spread of data in third quarter = \(Q_3\) - \(Q_2\) = 10 - 7 = 3
Quantity B: Spread of data in second quarter
Spread of data in second quarter = \(Q_2\) - \(Q_1\) = 7 - 6 = 1
Clearly, Quantity A(3) > Quantity B(1)
So, Answer will be A
