The total monthly budget is $775 + $695 + $325 + $967 + $439 + $261 = $3462. The percent spent on Savings is $ 439/$3,462 about 12%. Therefore, the amount not spent on Savings is 100% —12% = 88%. 88% > 86%.

Here, we have to backsolve the answer
for Having two similar percentages, from Quantity B, We can say 14% is not spend on saving($439)
but,
14% of total is , 14*3462/100 = 484.68 , also , 484> 439, so percentage(%) of 439 must be less than 484,
100 - (<14) = (>86) is the answer, Q-A is greater !
