Fun problem!
Because of the exterior angle theorem, we can conclude that c+d = a.
Thus, we are comparing angle a with angle a and a second angle b, so QA must be greater than QB ----> Answer Choice A
Written out, it looks like this:
c + d + 180-a = 180 ----> c+d = a
QA = a + b
QB = c+d = a
QA > QB
